ISTOMA company (Tver) was founded in 2008. It produces low-temperature furnaces with the possibility of smoking, thermal cabinets designed only to preserve products at a given temperature. And in 2010, electronically controlled furnaces with the ability to program and save programs and a probe sensor were released.

ISTOMA produces low-temperature furnaces, thermal cabinets, smokehouses, oven stands and cabinets, heating elements, seals, oven trays, pallets, stands, grilles.

  • ISTOMA ovens have the ability to automatically switch from cooking mode to storage mode. As a rule, such ovens are used for night cooking of products.
  • ISTOMA ovens can be equipped with a smoking option. Moreover, smoking can be both hot and cold. Smoking can also be programmed as an "additive" to the main mode.
  • The main feature of the ISTOM furnaces is the method of bringing heat into the working chamber, thanks to this design, the heat in the furnace chamber is distributed extremely evenly.
