The company ECOLUMEN (Sarapul) is a Russian manufacturer of LED lamps for industrial, commercial use, housing and utilities, for lighting highways and roads. The company started its first research and innovative activities related to LED technologies, as well as the development of lighting equipment based on them, in 2001.
