MARSHALL AIR (USA) was established in 1976 and was engaged in the design of ventilation systems for the restaurant industry. At the request of the client, the company MARSHALL AIR created an electric conveyor grill for burgers, which allowed automating the burger cooking process. After that, the company developed and patented a technology for creating a heating source for equipment that maintains a high temperature of ready-made food, ThermoGloTM. Currently, MARSHALL AIR specialize in the production of ventilation systems and commercial kitchen equipment.
