Dormash (Orel) originates in 1955. It was at this time that the order of the Minister of Construction and Road Engineering on the formation of the Orel Plant of Motor Graders appeared. Already in August 1955, the first series of D-144 motor graders with a mechanical drive for controlling working bodies was released. In the future, the plant's capacity increased and to date, the plant has manufactured and delivered to consumers more than 47 thousand graders.
