The company ZUCCHELLI FORNI SpA (Italy) was founded in 1965 and is engaged in the production of bakery and confectionery ovens. The production facility is located in Italy, with an area of about 100,000 square meters, of which 50,000 square meters are indoor.
ZUCCHELLI FORNI produces rotary kilns, pastry ovens, electric hearth furnaces, cyclothermal furnaces, modular furnaces, stationary furnaces, spiral mixers, proofing cabinets.

Thanks to an extensive network of representatives and distributors formed over 40 years of operation, the company supplies its products to all major markets in Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania and America.

The introduction of new 3D design software and the use of automatic bending machines allowed the company to improve product quality and reduce production time.

In 2011, a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 1 megawatt was installed to optimize the operation of many units of high-tech equipment in the production halls.
