The company ESCHER MIXERS (Italy) was founded in 2000 after more than thirty years of experience in the baking industry. From the very beginning, the company has been focused and still specializes in the production of kneading equipment, as well as equipment for kneading and churning confectionery masses. Initially, the company produced spiral dough mixers with a fixed dose. Subsequently, the range expanded to include the following types of products: spiral dough mixers with a tilting deck, planetary dough mixers.

ESCHER MIXERS produces single-engine twin-engine spiral kneading machines with a fixed (stationary) and sliding deck, kneading machines with an unloading function (self-tilting), kneading machines with a bottom unloading system, planetary mixers with a double kneading tool with a removable deck, lifts (elevators) and bowl tippers, dough dividers, transportation and cooling systems, robotic systems kneading and movement of the bowl, spare parts.
