The company ALFAPIZZA (Italy) was founded in 1977 by Rocco Lauro and Marcelo Ortuso and initially specialized in the production of traditional wood-fired pizza ovens. In 2009, a new FornInox product concept was created - wood–fired pizza ovens made of stainless steel. Thanks to this series, the company has strengthened its leading position in this segment. At the moment, the company has 25 representative offices on 5 continents, about 300 distributors. The range of furnaces ALFAPIZZA includes a wide range of original models: 150 models are made of stainless steel, modular, monoblock stoves, barbecue grills with both wood and gas fuel, for professional and home use.
