JSC "Gomel Plant "Kommunalnik" (Republic of Belarus) is the largest manufacturer of a wide range of equipment and integrated solutions for housing and communal services.
Kommunalnik produces boiler houses, hot water boilers, block-modular buildings, heat and water supply equipment, fire protection, utilities, metal structures, vacuum drying, drinking water purification complexes.

JSC "Gomel Plant "Kommunalnik" was established in 2009 on the basis of the order of the Gomel Regional Territorial State Property Fund by converting RUE "GZ "Kommunalnik" and RNPUP "Energia".

JSC has a wide range of technological processes, including: mechanical and plasma cutting, machining, welding, cold sheet stamping, induction melting, casting of thermoplastics, etc.
