The Altai Tractor Plant (Altai) company is a tractor-building enterprise in the city of Rubtsovsk, Altai Krai, which in the Soviet years provided the production of tractors for the needs of agricultural enterprises in Siberia, Central Asia, Kazakhstan and the Far East.

Altaiskii traktorny'i zavod produces basic crawler tractors, logging equipment, equipment for welding oil and gas pipelines, crawler cranes, drilling and crane machines, forest fire tractors, crawler bulldozers, excavators, dump trucks, wheeled tractors, MTLB all-terrain vehicles, plows, engines, tractor spare parts.
