Borovichi Woodworking Machine Tools Plant (BZDS) is one of the oldest enterprises in the Russian machine tool industry. The plant was founded in 1894 as a handicraft shop for the production of cast iron products for household purposes. Currently, the plant produces a wide range of woodworking equipment.

BZDS produces minipiloramas, machines for processing timber, edging, four-spindle, five - and six-spindle machines, roller rollers and feeders, grinding equipment.

  • BZDS produces a wide range of four-sided planing woodworking equipment for producing molded products for various purposes.
  • The service life of individual models of machines produced by BZDS has more than 50 years, and this period is not limited, since the plant supplies spare parts to all previously released equipment.
  • The manufactured machines allow for precise processing of lumber thanks to a solid cast iron frame, which dampens any vibrations that occur during processing.

    Inspection and receipt of technical specifications, development of feasibility study and documentation. Regulatory support and certification.

    Development and production of control systems, lying of communications, connection, configuration, testing, customer training.

    Audit, support and maintenance. Spare parts warehouse and repair with provision of temporary equipment.
