The Kett company (USA) was created by four talented engineers back in 1946. First, they developed and implemented a tester measuring wood moisture and a metal detector, then they started developing a portable humidity analyzer. After the successful introduction of the Riceter device, which is still the standard for portable rice moisture testing, the staff of Kett developers has expanded, as well as the range of products produced by the company. Coating thickness sensors for the developing Japanese automotive industry, new models of moisture meters for other agricultural applications and infrared moisture meters for general moisture analysis began to be produced.
