Dynamax (USA) was founded in 1985 by coaches Bruce Evans and Jim Cowley. Both coaches were looking for the perfect tool for high-speed partner training with a medical ball. They needed a ball that was strong enough to withstand training, but soft enough not to hurt the hands of a training partner. There was no ball on the market that would meet these requirements, so two coaches created their own. Dynamax has become an ideal training tool for effective training of all ten general physical skills and has allowed athletes to train outside the gym.
