VIPR
ViPR simulators (UK) are a novelty in the field of fitness. They were developed by a former professional hockey player and coach, Canadian professor Michol Dankur. The ViPR simulator is a hollow tube with grip holes weighing from 2 to 26 kg, which can replace dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells, but at the same time provides maximum freedom of movement in any plane.
