The Cuppone company (Italy) was founded in 1963 and now specializes in the production of ovens and equipment for cooking and baking pizza. Thanks to constant research and experimentation with new equipment, which are still the strength of the brand, products and solutions have been developed and patented that have revolutionized the field of pizza preparation.
Cuppone produces electric ovens, gas ovens, pizza presses, spiral kneading machines, round shaping machines, shovels, brushes, scrapers, clamps, stands, hoods.

Cuppone has two factories with an area of about 5000 sq. m, where various stages of the production process are carried out: from sheet metal cutting to bending and profiling.

The selection of materials, design, research and marketing are managed directly by the descendants of the founders of the company with the assistance of technicians and a highly professional factory team.

The company has developed and patented Pizzaform, an apparatus for rolling dough into a round shape of the desired thickness and size, and Rotaform, an apparatus for portioning dough and giving it a round shape before proofing.
