The research and Production enterprise CIEL (POWER INTELLIGENT ELECTRONICS, Novocherkassk) is engaged in the development and serial production of equipment for cathodic protection of underground steel structures from corrosion.
NPP SIE'L produces cathodic and enhanced drainage protection stations, GSM telemetry systems and controllers.

Tiella series stations have high energy and metrological characteristics, extremely wide functional capabilities. The weight and dimensions of the stations are several times smaller than their analogues.
