Safonovsky Hydrometpribor plant was founded in 1960. The main activity is the production of hydrometeorological instruments, monitoring devices, mobile laboratories for environmental monitoring. Safonovsky Hydrometpribor Plant is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of hydrometeorological equipment in Russia, CIS and non-CIS countries.

Gidrometpribor produces barometers, pressure gauges, anemometers, psychrometers, planimeters, recorders, wind sensors, weather stations.

  • The company is the only manufacturer of absolute pressure gauges for the Russian segment of the International Space Station ISS and manned spacecraft in the country.
  • The opening of a new workshop for the production of lithium-ion batteries with electrodes made of nanocomposite structures allows the company to create a product, a technology that has no equal in the world.
